Conscious Contracts® introduction course
Wednesdays beginning October 5.

“What is now proved was once imagined” – William Blake

The Conscious Contracts® model is one of the latest paradigms being used to reinvent the process of contract formation, using the parties’ shared values to provide a foundation for the contract and to safeguard the parties for future conflicts.
The model takes a different approach to conventional contracting. Instead of trying to predict and control an uncertain future, it aims to sense and respond to the emerging future. It also helps the parties build trust by fostering collaboration, encourage creative problem solving, and design user-centric documents.

The distinctive elements of the Conscious Contracts® model help maintain a more conscious culture by enabling contract users to stay aligned with their purpose and values, empowering them to design a bespoke conversation structure for having difficult conversations, making better decisions and restoring grace to the relationship. It is also consistent with innovative contracting best practices like plain language, design thinking and visual design, incorporating the users’ voice and tone into the contract, providing access to
justice and meeting users’ needs.

This model is being used by certified Conscious Contracts® practitioners around the world, in 20+ languages and in many types of arrangements.
