Exciting opportunity for legal professionals

Are you a lawyer passionate about creating positive change in the legal system? Do you believe in the power of constructive dialogue & collaboration to address conflict & challenges? If so, our upcoming workshop is made for you. In today’s rapidly evolving legal landscape, the ability to effectively address change & engage in productive disagreement is crucial. This workshop is designed to equip lawyers with the tools & strategies needed to navigate complex issues, foster collaboration, and drive positive outcomes. For alumni of an Introduction to Conscious Contracts® training, this is an important step towards becoming a certified practitioner.

Using the Conscious Contracts® model

The Conscious Contracts® model is one of the latest paradigms reinventing the way we as legal professionals help our clients engage more intentionally, proactively, and creatively in their contractual relationships. We are now offering a Deep Dive into the Addressing Change & Engaging Disagreement (ACED) process, giving you the tools to implement a client informed bespoke justice system so they can face change & conflict in a self-affirming, sustainable and legally binding way.

About this workshop

On this course you will:

• Take the next step on your journey to certifying as a Conscious Contracts® practitioner.

• Gain a deep understanding of ‘addressing change & embracing disagreement’ in a Conscious Contract® document. You’ll create a bespoke justice system for the parties to the contract.

• Experience first-hand the process of facilitating the creation of an ACED clause & prepare for certification so you can work with actual clients.

Join us to learn a basic structure of an ACED, and how to assist clients in formulating a system that works for them. To help identify, speak about, and transform change/disagreement as or before it occurs.

You will practise on a case study taken from a real life partnership agreement to assist you in creating their ACED.

This course is for alumni of the Introduction to Conscious Contracts® training.
